Roses Manor, Weston

For the first time in its history, the Foundation for Paranormal Studies has an online case and now it’s the North Worcester County branch’s problem. Gabriella and Madelyn are assigned the mystery of an online video game and the body count it has left behind. But as they dig into the seemingly simple game, it unfolds into something far more complicated. And the fact that their teammate, Graham, taught their initial victim’s Intro to Psychology class only makes it harder.

Gabriella is trying to focus on her case, but it’s difficult when her ex – now working for a nearby branch of the Foundation – keeps reappearing in her life on a professional and personal level. Throw in team members hitting their breaking point, the far-reaching implications of online paranormal investigation, and balancing her own safety as she works. But is the Sixteen Roses case really a whole different world of paranormal investigation? Or is it just another day at work?
